Manning and Buckley operate a SMART quality objectives system. SMART being Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. These are measurable, realistic and achievable. The quality objectives associated with ISO 9001:2015 are compatible with our business goals. SMART enables us to enhance the organisations operation and lead to improvements that benefit all stakeholders.

Environmental:
Manning and Buckley sees sustainability as the future of all companies and aims to lead this change. As an industry, and a country we must have an adaptive mindset in order to produce a green legacy. We have committed to a 5-year sustainability plan which include a series of environmental targets aimed at reducing our footprint.

- Achieve 75% of Electric vehicles within company fleet by 2026

- Reduce waste going to landfill by 25% by 2026

Health and Safety Methodology:
Effective Occupational Health and Safety is the foremost priority for us, this is evidenced by our ISO 45001 Accreditation and Grade A Safe-t- Cert accreditation for 5 years running. We constantly go above and beyond regulatory compliances and seek to achieve best practices on all our projects. Manning & Buckley is made up of a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced people who are able to properly support all our customer’s diverse needs. Manning and Buckley developed and implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System to document the company’s best Occupational Health and Safety practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its interested parties and improve the overall management of the company.
We improve processes, eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency of daily operations as an on-going cycle. Manning & Buckley place high value on maintaining and enhancing Occupational Health and Safety in every facet of the organisation. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) of Manning and Buckley meets the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 international standard.
